20 minute Morning Yoga Full Body Stretch FEEL AWESOME Mobility Yoga
This 20 minute morning yoga full body stretch is a mobility yoga routine with pilates inspired exercises that will leave you feeling awesome head to toe.
You’ll warm up and stretch your back, chest and sides before moving through deep lunges and hamstring stretches held for 2-3 breaths the first round then repeated 1 breath, 1 movement the second round.
You'll deeply stretch out after during 1 round of full, fluid creative sequencing bringing together all of your favorite poses where you can practice your controlled, calm, deep breath.
We’ll finish with a camel, gorilla and twisting cool down then take a nice moment in savasana before sealing our practice with a namaste.
